Mamas Run 2015, Bike Run to benefit U.S. Troops and Veterans. Live music by Fork in the Road.

Joliet, IL-based blues/rock band, Fork in the Road, will provide music entertainment at an all-ages benefit show for U.S. Troops and Veterans on Saturday, May 30, 2015, 3:30pm at The Office Bar & Grill in Channahon, IL.

The music line-up will feature four musicians who have never played together as a group, and have chosen to band together to raise money for a great cause. And, rumor has it, the group of four have decided to remain together as a band after the benefit. The musicians are Edward Oberlander, Buck Buchanan, Cheryl McNamee, and Mike Akai.

"Can't wait to take the stage with these kick ass players on Saturday. My next project? Who knows where that Fork In The Road will take us... But hell, let's find out!" ~Cheryl McNamee, bass guitar

"Some of you may remember not quite a month ago I made a post asking my musician friends for help in throwing a band together to play a benefit for US troops and veterans. The musicians that stepped up to help are: Edward Oberlander, Cheryl Mcnamee, and Buck Buchanan. Rehearsal went so extremely well that we decided to keep the band together even after the benefit. I hope you all can make it out and experience the same excitement that we have." ~Mike Akai, drums
